MFT STORE primarily services customers located within the United Kingdom. We operate through a network of reliable global suppliers and distribution centers. This allows us to cut out the middleman and offer you innovative home gadgets, baby products, outdoor camping gear, and travel accessories at highly competitive prices.

2. Order Processing and Fulfillment Time
Before an order is dispatched, it must go through our quality check and packaging process.
- All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays).
- Once your order is processed, packaged, and leaves the distribution center, you will receive an automated dispatch notification via email containing your official tracking number.

3. Estimated Shipping & Transit Times
We work hard to ensure your products reach you as quickly as possible. Our standard delivery time to the UK is:

Please note that transit times may vary slightly depending on the specific shipping route, logistics carrier efficiency, flight availability, customs clearance checks, and high-demand seasonal periods (such as Black Friday or Christmas). 

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your tracking number becomes active, you can monitor your parcel's journey through our website's tracking portal or directly via the courier's official tracking page. Please allow 24-48 hours after dispatch for the tracking information to update on the system.

5. Delayed Packages & Force Majeure
While 95% of our deliveries arrive within the 4 to 9 business day window, occasionally delays can occur due to circumstances beyond our control. These include severe weather conditions, postal strikes, customs inspections, or airline disruptions. If your package has not arrived within 15 business days of placing your order, please reach out to our dedicated support team at: faraz@businessmfttrading.com so we can conduct a priority investigation with the courier.

6. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
Because we ship products directly from international fulfillment hubs to maintain lower prices, goods entering the UK may occasionally be subject to customs checks. Under current UK regulations, small consumer shipments rarely incur additional import VAT or duties. However, please be advised that any unforeseen administrative customs fees, import duties, or local taxes levied by the UK authorities are the sole responsibility of the customer.

7. Incorrect Address Policy
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is entirely accurate and complete. If you notice a mistake in your address, you must contact us within 6 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been handed over to the courier, we cannot modify the shipping address, and MFT STORE will not be held liable for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

At MFT STORE, we want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is fully compliant with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and the UK Consumer Rights Act, giving you peace of mind when shopping with us.

1. The 14-Day Statutory Cooling-Off Period
In accordance with UK law, you have the right to cancel your purchase and request a return for any reason within a 14-day window. 
- The 14-day return period begins from the exact date you (or a third party indicated by you) receive physical possession of the goods.
- To exercise your right to return, you must clearly inform us of your decision via email before the 14-day period expires.

2. Return Eligibility Criteria
To ensure your return is accepted and eligible for a full refund, the item must meet the following strict conditions:
- The product must be completely unused, unaltered, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original product packaging with all tags, labels, instructional manuals, and accessories included.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, certain types of goods cannot be returned if their packaging or safety seal has been broken. This applies specifically to select Baby Products, personal care gadgets, and intimate items.

3. Return Procedure (How to Initiate a Return)
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address listed on the shipping label. To return an item, please follow these steps:

2. Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours. If approved, we will provide you with our designated UK Return Shipping Address and detailed instructions.
3. Securely pack the item in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
4. Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping service. We highly recommend obtaining proof of postage, as MFT STORE cannot be held responsible for return items lost or damaged in transit.

4. Return Shipping Costs
In alignment with standard UK online dropshipping practices, the customer is responsible for paying all return shipping fees to our designated return address, unless the item received was fundamentally defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival. Return shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Under the UK Consumer Rights Act, if you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement. 
- You must contact us at: faraz@businessmfttrading.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Your email must include clear photographic evidence or a short video showcasing the fault or damage.
- Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or issue a 100% refund, including any return shipping costs incurred by you.

6. The Refund Process
Once your return parcel is delivered to our inspection facility, it will be opened and assessed by our quality control team to ensure compliance with our eligibility criteria.
- We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. The funds will automatically be credited back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, etc.).
- Please note that banks and credit card companies typically take 5 to 10 business days to clear the funds and reflect the transaction on your statement.
